  ACCOMMODATION RATES / BOOKING CONDITIONS

We may require a 50% deposit from new clients depending on length of stay, or during peak holiday times.

Payment is by cash only, full payment is due on arrival, please bring the exact fee due to reduce contact.

'NO SHOWS' OR CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 7 DAYS DURING PEAK SEASON, OR 48 HOURS OR LESS IN LOW SEASON, WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE FULL COST OF THE BOOKING!

 Euros 14.00 per dog per day

The cattery is fully heated during the winter season 1st October - 31st April, the cost of which is included in our price, for heating requested outside this season, an additional daily charge will apply

 BOOKING ESSENTIALS! 

 IT IS VITAL TO PROVIDE ALL YOUR PETS HEALTH INFORMATION WHEN BOOKING.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR PET IS IN A CLEAN AND WELL GROOMED CONDITION ON THEIR ARRIVAL DAY 

An excess of hair on your pet especially in the rear end regions may cause difficulties during their stay!

*WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PET WE CONSIDER TO BE IN AN UNHYGIENIC OR UNHEALTHY CONDITION*

 ENSURE YOUR PET HAS RECEIVED THEIR ANNUAL / FULL REGIME OF VACCINATIONS, BOOSTERS & OTHER TREATMENTS AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVING AT SWILLYVALLEY

PLEASE BOOK AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO ACCEPT YOUR PET AT SHORT NOTICE IN AN EMERGENCY DEPENDING ON  THE SEASON BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS.  

FOR RESERVATIONS DURING OUR BUSIEST SEASONS e.g.  BANK HOLIDAYS, SCHOOL HOLIDAYS & MID-TERMS, EASTER & SUMMER, CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR  HOLIDAYS, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU RESERVE  YOUR PETS ACCOMMODATION  WELL IN ADVANCE  TO BE SURE  OF A PLACE.    

ALTHOUGH OUR KENNELS ARE VERY SPACIOUS, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT MORE THAN 2 DOGS BE HOUSED IN THE SAME KENNEL. 

PLEASE GIVE ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS AT TIME OF BOOKING AS IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ALTER ARRANGEMENTS ON ARRIVAL 

MEDICATIONS..... IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DISCUSS WITH US AT THE TIME OF BOOKING SHOULD YOUR PET REQUIRE MEDICATION TO BE ADMINISTERED DURING THEIR STAY. 

ALL MEDICATION INCLUDING PRESCRIPTION FOODS MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED WITH YOUR PETS NAME, SURNAME, TYPE OF MEDICATION, STRENGTH AND DOSE RATE/ FOOD WEIGHTS.  

DETAILS OF ANY PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS , MUST BE DISCLOSED AT TIME OF BOOKING OR YOU RISK BEING TURNED AWAY ON ARRIVAL.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ACCOMMODATING MORE THAN 2 CATS IN A SINGLE UNIT.  GROUPS OF FAMILY CATS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED TOGETHER IN OUR LARGER SUITES

 NOTES FOR ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Please ensure your dog arrives on a secure lead/harness, and your cat arrives in a suitable pet carrier. 

We will store any items safely until your return. Please label any personal items e.g. pet carriers and leads / harnesses / dog coats where possible.

On return, please arrive at the correct pre-arranged time to collect your pet. If you are delayed on your return or wish to collect earlier, please telephone. Drop offs/collections will not be possible outside of your pre-arranged times.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU CONTACT US IF YOU NEED TO AMEND OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO WE CAN MAKE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS...WE MAY HAVE SOMEONE ON STANDBY AWAITING A PLACE!

Swillyvalley offer a highly professional & discreet service, and the safety of your pet is a high priority, therefore it is our policy not to post photos or videos of your pet to our Facebook/ Instagram pages at any time during their stay with us
